Week 15 and Week 16

Today is my first class in the group project subject 201km with sir haji safian bin saidi. i really to start of my class and interested to my class., I very happy because continue to previous semester. Before to start to my class i need to thinking about to own my project with another members especially Aminah,Azura, Maimunah and Limah, about Inaikira Services. As a Leader or Project Manager in the group. The all Report can give all detail information for supervisor or Lecture about status to our project based on knowledge and the Guideline for them. Which are as followed by:


1. Questionnaires in via email and contact number from Business Development Manager

2. Keep the short report from report writing part I and 2

3. Based on Company Profile and Inai Kiara Website

4. All references should be correct all details from supervisor or Lecture also
Manager of Inai Kiara Company.

5. The report should be good look follow to Gant Chart Schedule.

6. Progress of Meeting in the Group and Business Development Manager

I must be maintain to all this project completely before to presentation to sir safian saidi and project development manager sir sobri bin selamat (Manager Inaikiara Company) project about Inaikiara Website Upgrading. Otherwise, on the time of holiday previously, I have a learning how to develop website with a Joomla Software application and Start Wamp Server. This Application very easy to develop any website directly. And secondly the week 16 I try to meet all member group for discuss about the upgrading website process to own project. And then, after break to Chinese New Year, I as a leader to my group to decide for next meeting to change and Update to a Gant Chart. another term i will be discus to complete to next report ( Technical Report 3 )

Week 17 and Week 18

In this week started to meeting on Thursday on 5.00 pm. After I meeting to another members at Public Lab in Grand Floor to Kolej Poly Tech Mara Kuala Lumpur for submit requirement previous job. The Azwa and Limah give a Layout content. This task more to convert all data in the word. and then, leader arrange second meeting for reminder to group for complete to Quality Review Assignment. The Quality Review must be complete in the 18 or 19 Week. Muena and Aminah task, complete to schedule gant chart changes in excel before give to khaikal to convert in Microsoft Project. Followed reminder from khaikal about quality review must be refer to technical report 1 and 2. This project is a individual, so as a leader in group must important for reminder group members in group. based on quality review form have citeria such as :

1. Does the report conform to the technical report writing standard ?
2. Does the scope appear to be realistic ?
3. Does the Plan reflect a project life cycle
4. Is there list of required ?
5. have team member's responsibilities been identified?
6. Are Deliverables clearly identified ?
7. Doses the content appear to be appropriate ?
8. Does the content appear to be original ?
9. Is a risk management Plan available ?
10. Is a quality management plan available?

All above is a requirement of upgrade to last report to Inaikiara Website Uprading. based to report 1 and 2.------- week 18 and week 19,we will be prepare to complete Quality review.

After send to QRF form to Sir safian Saidi, and week break, I prepare to development to website and databse. otherwise to group members, prepare to documentation and powerpoint slide presentation at Wed 25/03/2009, by time 11.30 am. this following is a prsenter for presentation.
